Bruno CHRISTMANN a conçu et optimisé pendant 4 ans un réseau de transmissions filaires en un réseau de liaisons hertziennes (FH) afin d’augmenter le CAPEX et d’optimiser les OPEX. En particulier, Bruno CHRISTMANN a contribué à la conception du réseau hertzien capillaire (SFR DTR IdF) sur la région Ile-de-France de SFR pour les réseaux d'accès GSM et UMTS ; il a planifié les opérations de transmission sur le réseau demandées par mon service et il a piloté la remise en conformité ART (autorité de régulation aujourd'hui dénommée ARCEP) des quelques dizaines de liaisons FH actives ayant une violation de parité (sens de l'émission) sur le réseau d'IdF de la SFR.

Bruno CHRISTMANN transformed and optimised for more than 4 years a full landline network into a mix of landline and microwave links transmissions network in the purpose of improving CAPEX over expanding OPEX. In particular, Bruno CHRISTMANN contributed in the conception of the capillary microwave transmission network (SFR DTR IdF) for Ile-de-France region of SFR on its GSM & UMTS radio access networks; he also planned & programmed all transmission operations for the Department he worked for and drove the entire conformity repositioning of all existing microwave links that violated the ART (French regulatory authority now named ARCEP) specifications inside the SFR Ile-de-France zone.

Bruno CHRISTMANN a participé au déploiement de sites radio-émetteur neufs et à des réfections de sites pour l'opérateur mobile Bouygues Telecom sur ses zones d'extension nationale (points noirs) en Île-de-France comme MOE (etde/EXPRIMM).
Bruno CHRISTMANN a optimisé et piloté l'intégration dans le réseau live de Bouygues Telecom des 11 modules de Messagerie vocale (VMS) tout en s'assurant de la bonne migration des boîtes vocales des abonnés depuis l'ancien système vers ce nouveau système.
Bruno CHRISTMANN a piloté le déploiement de sites neufs (ou de repli) et le démontage des sites sur le Languedoc Roussilon et le var pour SFR.
Bruno CHRISTMANN a piloté le déploiement d'équipements de transport WDM dans le coeur du réseau de Bouygues Telecom.
Bruno CHRISTMANN a piloté les réalisations des liaisons Orange pour les clients Entreprise d'Ile-de-France (Opérateur tiers et internes pour l'ensemble des sites émetteurs mobiles) au sein de la cellule AIRCOM.

Bruno CHRISTMANN participates in the deployment of new radio emitting sites and the renewing of some of them for the mobile network operator Bouygues Telecom in coverage hole zones (blakout points) in Île-de-Franceas a Civil Work Master "MOE", as a Civil Work Master "MOE".
Bruno CHRISTMANN optimised and drove the integration of the Insight4 VMS system into the live network of Bouygues Telecom as he was ensuring that customers mailboxes where correctly migrated form the former system to this new one.
Bruno CHRISTMANN has managed for SFR the budget of renewal, unmounting and new sites over some French Departments (Var and Languedoc-Roussillon). He drove some Civil Work Masters "MOE".
Bruno CHRISTMANN has been driving the rollout of WDM transport network equipments in the core network of Bouygues Telecom.

Bruno CHRISTMANN a effectué la validation système de produits AMn+ SDH (Lucent Bell Labs) et du protocole ISUPv2000 (SFR DTR/IRS/IVRS/VMS) sur des équipements Comverse en 2000.
Par la suite, Bruno CHRISTMANN a intégré des équipements réseau de Messageries Vocales (Insight4 by Comverse) dans un environnement de production (Bouygues Telecom) et a piloté la migration conjointe des abonnés de l'opérateur mobile de l’ancien système vers le nouveau sans impact de service client.

Bruno CHRISTMANN worked on the specification of an impact analysis tool to be used by the SNCF RESEAU / ANTIC (ESTI IDF) in order to simplify and improve the incident management and root cause analysis of their whole infrastructures.
