From august 2000 till now

 

My strong experience conferred me a large knowledge in transmission and operational management of French mobile network and transportation operators. I am a willing, efficient and open-minded person and thrill to optimise the service, client, customer or company for whom I work.

When I take anew subject, I always ask myself why this task is for (know its purpose) in order to correctly think about its final purpose and find appropriate compromises. I have always apprehended projects in two complementary and parallel ways: macroscopic and microscopic; I think about past goods and bads, I foresee the possible changes and improvements, I observe and challenge the now in every project.

 

Since 2000, I had to adapt to every step of the life cycle of a product from its conception to its maintenance.

 

I have an excellent knowledge of transmission networks such as landlines and microwave PDH, IP, WDM and SDH links (ADM, LL/LS, FO) or such as hybrid links (e.g. multi-feature microwave links that offer TDM & Ethernet likewise). When I discover the technical aspects of things, I like to analyse the company ecosystem in which I work whenever its role is a mobile or fix telecommunication operator or vendor, a civil work master or executor, a software specification or code manufacturer. I especially watch how internal processes are applied and where they can be improved so work is easier and more fluid so everyone gains in efficiency.

I like to help others improve their efficiency and to see optimizations appear in existing processes and projetcs.
